What shipping methods are availbale?
All of our cookies are made to order and shipped directly to you just a few days before your event to ensure maximum freshness upon arrival. Simply include your event date on the order form, and our bakers will time the baking and shipping process accordingly. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers within 2–3 days after the cookies are sent out. Each cookie is individually sealed for freshness and carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.
How do I place an order for logo cookies?
Placing an order is simple! Simply select your desired quantity—upload your logo or design and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, our team will take care of the rest, ensuring your cookies are baked fresh and delivered right on time for your event.
Can I use any image or logo on the cookies?
Yes! We accept most image file types, including PNG, JPG, and PDF. To ensure the best print quality on your cookies, we recommend uploading a high-resolution image with a clear design. If you’re unsure about your file, feel free to send it over—we’re happy to review it before printing.
How long will it take to receive my cookies?
Once your order is placed, our team reviews the event date and schedules baking to ensure your cookies arrive as fresh as possible. Since all orders are custom and made to order, the full process—including baking, icing, drying, and printing—takes a minimum of 3 days. Shipping is handled via USPS Priority Mail and typically takes an additional 2–3 days.
