We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers within 2–3 days after the cookies are sent out. Each cookie is individually sealed for freshness and carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

Yes! We accept most image file types, including PNG, JPG, and PDF. To ensure the best print quality on your cookies, we recommend uploading a high-resolution image with a clear design. If you’re unsure about your file, feel free to send it over—we’re happy to review it before printing.
