How to order

1. Select the cookie quantity you need.
2. Upload the highest-resolution version of your logo or design.
3. Add your requested delivery date and any design instructions in the order notes. If you do not see an order-notes box, email the details with your order number to elitelogocookies@gmail.com.

Cookie shapes may be available depending on the design and order requirements. Contact us before ordering if a specific shape is essential.

Gifts and multiple destinations

We are happy to include a complimentary gift note and can ship directly to a recipient. Please place separate orders for multiple shipping addresses, or email us before ordering to discuss a larger multi-address project.

Shipping and order support

Cookies are individually sealed, cushioned, and boxed with care. Orders ship by USPS Priority Mail unless another arrangement is confirmed. Carrier transit dates are estimates and can be affected by weather or service disruptions, so please allow adequate lead time.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not meet expectations, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at elitelogocookies@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can review it and work toward an appropriate resolution.
