At Elite Logo Cookies, every order is custom-made using high-quality, fresh ingredients. Because our products are food items and personalized to each customer’s specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at elitelogocookies@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. We will review your concern and work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Please note:

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled if production has already begun.

• Elite Logo Cookies is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect/insufficient addresses provided by the customer.

• Minor variations in color, design, or image placement may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and will not be considered defects.
