How to order your sample
- Upload the highest-resolution version of your logo or design.
- Add any essential design notes in the order notes. If you do not see an order-notes box, email your notes and order number to elitelogocookies@gmail.com.
- Use the sample to review the overall print, presentation, and taste before placing a bulk order.
Edible printing and handmade icing can produce slight differences in color and placement from a digital screen. If a specific cookie shape is essential, contact us before ordering.
Shipping and support
Your sample is individually sealed, cushioned, and shipped by USPS Priority Mail unless another arrangement is confirmed. Carrier delivery dates are estimates. If your sample arrives damaged or incorrect, email elitelogocookies@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos so we can help.
Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price.
At Elite Logo Cookies, every order is custom-made using high-quality, fresh ingredients. Because our products are food items and personalized to each customer’s specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at elitelogocookies@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. We will review your concern and work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Our sample order includes a single custom cookie with your logo or design printed on it. It allows you to evaluate how your logo will appear on the cookie before committing to a full order.
2. How long will the sample cookies stay fresh?
Like the full orders, our sample cookies are individually sealed to ensure they stay fresh and maintain their soft texture for up to 4 weeks after delivery.
3. How can I customize the sample cookies?
During the checkout process, you'll be able to upload your logo or design file for the sample cookies. We’ll print your design using edible ink on the cookie's icing.
4. Do I need to order multiple samples if I have different designs?
If you'd like multiple design variations for your sample cookies, please place separate orders for each design or reach out to us for special arrangements.
5. When should I place my sample order?
We recommend ordering the sample cookies at least 2-3 weeks before placing your full order to ensure you have ample time to review the sample and make any adjustments if necessary.
6. Can I use the sample order to test multiple shapes?
Typically, the sample order consists of a single cookie with your design. However, if you'd like to test multiple shapes, please contact us directly to discuss custom sample options.
7. What happens if I like the sample and want to place a larger order?
If you’re satisfied with the sample, you can proceed with a bulk order! The sample cost is credited towards your full order once you place it.
